Written for the parts your family does not discuss.
45 guides on Asian American family life and what it costs — obligation you cannot name out loud, immigrant parents, code-switching, the pressure to be fine, and what got carried across generations without ever being discussed. Plus 3 small tools. Nothing to sign up for. There is a directory of therapists here too, and it is new.

What “culturally responsive” actually means here
It does not mean the therapist looks like you, and it does not mean they will agree that your mother is the problem. It means you can say "I could never tell my parents that" and not spend the next twenty minutes explaining why. It means the therapist already knows that in a lot of Asian families love arrives as food, as tuition, as a paid-off house, and almost never as the sentence you wanted to hear — and that this is not the same thing as coldness. It means when you describe an obligation an American-trained textbook would call enmeshment, they can hold both readings at once instead of handing you a boundary script and calling it treatment.
"Asian American" covers more than twenty national origins, several waves of very different migrations, refugees and grad students and fourth-generation families, and religions with almost nothing in common. There is no single Asian family and this site does not pretend otherwise. What the people here have in common is smaller and more useful: therapists who will not flatten your specifics, who know that shame and guilt do different work in different households, and who understand that deciding to come to therapy at all may already have cost you something.
